Recruiting at INBETWEENNESS Festival is not the same as a job fair or working with recruiters.
We will bridge the gap between the creatives and studios, large and small, to demystify the process and streamline information, to expand the reach and impact of roles.
If you're a creative looking for your next dream job, this is a great opportunity for you to find a new job, connect with studios and understand how the industry works. Your application will be vetted by top creative leadership teams at great studios all over the world. Remember you miss 100% of the job opportunities you don’t take.
If you're a studio looking to attract a pipeline of new talent this is also a great opportunity for you. You will have the opportunity to do face-to-face interactions with the selected candidates in your own dedicated private sitting area to ensure everyone feels comfortable!

ZOA is an international architectural animation studio with 19 years of expertise. But we’re not just about creating wonderful animations and images. Our team is filled with some of the most social, fun-loving people you’ll ever meet. And we love nothing more than having lunch together or grabbing a beer at INBETWEENNESS.
Our team isn't just skilled in rendering; we are a creative powerhouse of artists, including qualified architects, motion designers, and marketing specialists who understand the complexity of an architectural masterplan or the beauty of a single-unit residential. We communicate emotions and logic behind grand urban visions, architectural designs, and new residential developments through motion-led visualizations.
We work with some of the biggest names, like Gensler, Snøhetta, UNStudio, and Zaha Hadid. We’re based in Budapest, Valencia, and London, and we’re all about bringing architecture and design to the masses in the coolest way possible.
Guidelines
Phase 1

From May 16, 2024 to May 20, 2024
All creatives need to complete the creative application form to be eligible for the Recruitment Sessions.
All creatives need to choose the studios wisely, and will not be able to change any studios options after application submission.
All creatives need to prepare their portfolio according to the information shared on the creatives application form.
Phase 2
-
From May 20, 2024 to May 21, 2024.
When the review process is over, all selected candidates will receive an email with the studios they were selected to.
Phase 3
-
May 22, 2024
All selected creatives will choose the time of their appointments.
